I provide you with one on one sessions that are scheduled by the hour. According to the information that you provide me in the initial assessment, we will develop target areas and a written wellness plan. We will talk comfortably and move in the direction of solution-driven outcomes for you and outside agencies that may require documentation and proof of services. Traditional inpatient treatment may not be the right fit for you especially if you have been to multiple treatment facilities or have a home or career that you cannot step away from. I offer a personal counseling experience that is designed around your needs.
