I am a psychodynamic-existential therapist attuned to identity, belonging, meaning-making, and inner transformation. My practice supports clients navigating grief, trauma, relational challenges, emotional disconnections, and the complexities of cultural identity. With warmth and depth, I invite clients to slow down, deepen their self-understanding, and move toward healing in mind, body and spirit. My passion is to support you in becoming you, in this world we all live in - as your self, and as part of something greater.
My therapeutic approach is non-pathological, relational, intuitive, and eclectic, integrating various Eastern and Western theoretical and philosophical foundations. I provide clients with a unique space to cultivate reflection, in the context of therapeutic connection, and gradually translating their growing insight into desired changes in everyday life.
I work with individuals of all cultures, beliefs, professions, and self-identities. Areas of my practice include anxiety, depression, sense of self, intimate relationships, post-traumatic stress, life transitions (transitional-age youth population, cultural adaptation, etc). I provide services in English and/or Mandarin Chinese; I also speak some Spanish.
