To be human is to be fundamentally imperfect. There is no script for us to follow: decisions can be difficult, the unexpected happens, societal pressures are everywhere. It is natural to feel confused and powerless at times. But for some of us these feelings are overwhelming and can persist for weeks, months, and years. I work with you to help you articulate what you want and to examine any sources of resistance you might be encountering in moving towards your goals. Through self-compassion and self-understanding, you are then able to practice non-judgmental self-awareness and gain insight into your behaviors, building the confidence to take action.
