I work best with high functioning individuals in executive roles and couples struggling with relationship issues, life events , depression and anxiety. When you are heard, seen, and encouraged, helped to explore and re-discover what you feel passionate and enlivened about, there is a good chance you will grow. You're probably here because perhaps you feel stuck, frustrated and discouraged - in your relationships, your job or with life in general and you want to make some fundamental changes and need some guidance and support. I can help you with this.

I believe that people can thrive in an environment that supports their vision for their life. I have a deep understanding of childhood trauma brought about by abuse, divorce or death. Good therapy happens when you can have an honest conversation that will lead you in the direction of your goals and passion for living.

I offer intellectual curiosity, and an emotionally present space for you to make changes needed. I draw on a number of methods of therapy, and I help co-create an atmosphere of safety that is conducive to the change you seek. I continue the pursuit of continuing education and frequently attend trainings in the field.
