About
What's holding you back from living your best life? Is it depression or anxiety? Fear of change? Are you stuck in a cycle of self-medicating? Maybe you're just curious to figure out why you keep repeating old patterns or you're at a crossroad. Therapy can be helpful to develop healthy coping skills, set (and maintain) healthy boundaries and explore the "why" of behaviors you want to change.
While I tend to look at things holistically, my years of experience allow me to incorporate the therapeutic modality that will serve you best. I have experience working with clients with chronic mental health disorders, in hospice, in residential programs for substance use disorders, childhood trauma and in the midst of challenging transitions.
My practice is focused on helping clients find insight; and I am committed to creating a safe, non-judgmental experience that promotes healing, growth and change. If you are looking for peace, feeling stuck and/or tired of symptoms that are getting in the way of you living your best life, I would be honored to work with you on your journey to LiveWell.
