We all struggle at times, and sometimes family and friends are enough to help us manage, but there are times when these struggles become more than we can handle alone. It is at these times that we need a non-judgmental, supportive person who will be accepting and listen, and collaboratively work to help find solutions.
I have been providing therapy to a wide range of clients for 20 years. My practice includes children, teens and adults. I am trained in and use a variety of treatment modalities, depending on the identified problem and the client's desires. These include play therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, psychodynamic psychotherapy, and EMDR for trauma.
