The teen and college years can be overwhelming, especially when anxiety, depression, or past experiences make it hard to feel safe, confident or like yourself. I work with teens, college students and young adults, using a trauma-informed, client-centered, relational approach that prioritizes safety, trust and genuine connection.
Many clients I work with experience anxiety and depression connected to high stress, pressure to perform, people-pleasing, or perfectionism, often alongside the impact of trauma or difficult life experiences. These patterns can leave you feeling stuck in survival mode, disconnected from yourself or unsure
of who you are outside of expectations.
Therapy with me is collaborative and paced around your needs. Together, we’ll focus on understanding emotions and nervous system responses with curiosity rather than judgment, while gently working toward rebuilding a sense of safety, self-worth, and identity. I also support clients navigating life transitions, grief,
high-risk behaviors, and the unique pressures faced by high-performing students and athletes.
