I began my career working with adolescents as a certified high school teacher, which inspired me to pursue a Master’s degree in Counseling. This experience allows me to work with both teens and adults who may be navigating anxiety, life transitions, or emotional challenges.
My goal is to provide a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can speak openly while gaining insight, building coping strategies, and working toward a healthier and more fulfilling life. I look forward to supporting you along your journey.
