I specialize in supporting parents through pregnancy, postpartum, and the years beyond.
My approach is integrative and whole-person. I blend evidence-based therapy with mindfulness, somatic work, and positive psychology to address not just thoughts and emotions, but how stress and overwhelm live in the body. Together, we work toward clarity, self-trust, and sustainable change—rather than quick fixes or endless coping.
With over 8 years of experience in the mental health field, I’ve had the privilege of working with individuals and parents at every stage of life. I offer a grounded, supportive, non-judgmental space where you can show up exactly as you are—no masks, no pressure to be “okay.”
