I have a particular affinity for working with people who struggle with depression, anxiety, and low self-esteem. I am passionate about helping individuals, couples, and families discover healthier and more constructive ways of communicating and interacting with one another. Some of my most rewarding work has been with clients who had been in therapy for years and considered themselves hopeless.
My work is informed by numerous therapeutic frameworks, including psychodynamic models, cognitive-behavioral therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and experiential approaches. The strategies and techniques utilized will be based on your unique story, goals, and needs.
