Life can feel heavy—sometimes quietly, sometimes all at once. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, unsure, or simply longing for a place to exhale, you are not alone, and you are very welcome here. I work with adolescents (ages 12+) and adults navigating anxiety, depression, burnout, relationship concerns, and life transitions. Many clients I support are caregivers—educators, healthcare providers, parents, and helpers—who spend so much time caring for others that their own needs come last. I also work with youth managing academic pressure, perfectionism, emotional regulation, and today’s challenges of adolescence.
My approach to therapy is collaborative and strengths-based. Using trauma-informed care, CBT, mindfulness, and person-centered practices, I partner with clients to explore patterns and build practical skills. After two decades of experience in schools, foster care, and integrating restorative practices, I support clients in finding steadiness and direction.
