It is my belief that the therapeutic relationship is a major part of the healing process. Therefore, I seek to provide a safe and supportive environment for clients to grow and flourish. I feel my role is to be somewhat of a guide to walk with my clients on their healing journey. The therapeutic process will always be trauma informed. It is my belief that I do not have all the answers, but I can help the client find the answers in themselves.
I am a Certified Clinical Trauma Therapist. I specialize in using Brainspotting to help client's process at a much deeper level. I utilize Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, as well as TF-CBT.
I have been working in the mental health field professionally since 2015. I have worked in private practice, and community mental health, and inpatient behavioral health. I have experience with children, adolescents and adults. I have focused a lot of my work on trauma recovery. I believe recovery is possible, and the path to emotional freedom.
