I am often accepting new clients, please contact me for availability. I provide individual, family and couples therapy for adults and adolescents. My areas of interest and specialty include eating disorders, depression, anxiety, trauma (emotional and physical abuse, sexual abuse and assault, and domestic violence), and grief. I also provide sex therapy for individuals and couples experiencing trauma related sexual issues, low desire/arousal, sexual dysfunction and sexless marriages. For clients with eating disorders, I work together with the family and other providers (doctors and dieticians) to achieve recovery.
My focus is building on your strengths and teaching skills to manage stressors, symptoms and trauma related triggers. I use a variety of techniques including cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, narrative therapy, solution focused therapy, and sex therapy. I also work on building healthy boundaries and improving self worth.
