Life is unpredictable, and sometimes we need a little help navigating the unpredictability. Asking for helping is not an easy thing, and often comes with an unjust stigma of being inept or not enough. My goal is to provide a safe, therapeutic space for you to be uniquely you and validate that you are indeed, enough. Whether you are experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, anger, or life stressors, you will be treated with non-judgmental empathy and support. Together, we can set tangible goals, process stressors, and develop tools to strengthen your ability to tackle challenges that may come your way.
I have over 10 years of experience working with and treating a variety of areas such as depression, anxiety, anger, trauma, self-esteem, developmental disabilities and caretaker fatigue. I offer walk and talk sessions (with consent) and have a certified therapy dog that is able to accompany on sessions if appropriate. I am licensed in both NJ and DE.
I recognize that every person is different, and therapy is focused and tailored to meet your specific goals and needs. I currently offer both telehealth and in-person at this time.
