I am passionate in my work to create a safe place to aid a person/s to pull from their inner strength, and like the story of Buffalo "to face the storms of life". I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker & Master Practitioner in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) & EMDR. I'm grateful for 33 years in private practice working across the lifespan & 45 yrs in medical, mental health, correctional & military settings. I utilize Evidence-Based approaches & "3-5 Day Intensive Therapy Retreats" that provide rapid recovery for individuals experiencing post-traumatic stress, anxiety, depression, phobias, relationship issues & life-transitions.
My treatment approach is whole-hearted, based on belief that with resilience we can heal ourself. In 2009 I was trained by the founder of Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) & for 17+ yrs giving profound & lasting healing for children & families.
