She has advanced training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and specializes in treating anxiety, depression, and mood concerns.
Vicki offers a welcoming, affirming space for those experiencing relationship difficulties, grief and loss, caregiver stress, and LGBTQ+–specific issues. She also supports clients facing political or workplace stress—especially federal employees—and those seeking greater balance and resilience in daily life.
Her approach is collaborative, practical, and grounded in evidence-based care. Drawing from cognitive behavioral, psychodynamic, mindfulness, and person-centered therapies, Vicki meets clients where they are and helps them access their strengths to create meaningful, lasting change.
Vicki is currently accepting new clients for in-person and telehealth sessions. Appointments are available Tuesday and Thursday evenings (6:00–9:00 p.m.) and Saturdays (8:00 a.m.–1:00 p.m.). She is licensed in Maryland, Delaware, and Virginia, providing telehealth services for clients in DE and VA or those visiting from those states.
