I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW-C) with over 25 years of experience helping adults build resilience, improve relationships, and restore balance. I have advanced training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and specialize in anxiety, depression, mood disorders, grief, caregiver stress, life transitions, and relationship concerns.
I also provide affirming care for LGBTQ+ clients and support healthcare professionals, federal employees, and others experiencing workplace stress or burnout.
My approach is collaborative and tailored to your needs. I use evidence-based therapies, including CBT, psychodynamic therapy, mindfulness, and person-centered techniques in order
to help you understand yourself, develop coping skills, and create lasting change.
I am currently accepting new clients for in-person and telehealth appointments. Evening sessions are available Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6:00–9:00 p.m., and Saturdays from 8:00 a.m.–1:00 p.m. I am licensed in Maryland, Delaware, and Virginia and provide telehealth services i
