If you are experiencing increased stress, anxiety, depression, or mood changes please contact me. I am an EMDRIA certified EMDR therapist and have extensive experience working with trauma, anxiety, depression, eating disorders and body image issues. I am interested in helping the whole person, paying attention to the intersection of spiritual, physical, and emotional health-to encourage overall well-being. I believe that the counseling relationship is critical to the healing process, so I strive to create a warm, genuine, understanding, and safe environment, while using evidence-based treatments.
As a EMDRIA certified EMDR therapist, extensive experiencing working trauma, abuse I have seen first hand the relief and change clients can experience. Additionally I have several years of clinical experience working in an eating disorder treatment center, while the work is difficult, I believe there is hope for recovery!
Always passionate about helping people; I returned to school after raising a family. I believe my life experience provides me with compassion and a unique perspective into life's difficulties.
