I also have experience with eating disorders and body image issues. I am interested in helping the whole person, paying attention to the intersection of spiritual, physical, and emotional health-to encourage overall well-being. I believe that the counseling relationship is critical to the healing process, so I strive to create a warm, genuine, understanding, and safe environment, while using evidence-based treatments.
With several years of clinical experience in an eating disorder treatment center I believe you can recover from an eating disorder. There is hope! I will work alongside you and your family to identify and address the underlying issues contributing to your eating disorder.
