I am passionate about working with couples and individuals, particularly young adults and women. I have worked with various concerns, including addiction, ADHD, anxiety, depression, trauma, codependency, relationship issues and disordered eating. Finding a therapist you connect with is critical to your journey. I believe in the power of the counseling relationship and strive to create a space where each person feels heard and valued on their unique journey toward healing. One of my favorite things about therapy is the ability to slow things down, make sense of your experience, and help you feel more understood, safe and grounded in yourself. Clients often leave feeling more courage, peace and clarity.
My approach is warm, collaborative and calm. I use a variety of techniques such as writing, art, talk and metaphors to guide toward discovery and wellness.
