My ideal client is a person committed to self-care and personal growth. I have a passion for learning and I enjoy working with people who share that passion. I am trained in many different therapy approaches and therefore I am able to customize a program to meet my client's needs. I incorporate energy medicine work with each of my clients. As a Certified Daring Way (TM) facilitator I am able to work with my clients to become shame resilient. They learn to practice self-compassion. Living life in sync with their core values and beliefs and letting go of habits that have outlived their purpose. I am certified in The Energy Codes, Emotion Code, B.E.S.T./Spiritual B.E.S.T., EMDR, and PSYCH-K.
In addition to therapy services, I offer corporate programs in leadership development and team development processes. I also provide life coaching and leadership development coaching. Most recently, I have enrolled in a doctorate program with a focus in the field of integrative medicine a quantum science approach.
