I am a licensed therapist and clinically certified hypnotherapist with over 20 years of experience working with individuals, couples and families. My approach to treatment and healing integrates the mind, body, and spirit, while providing a safe, empathetic and nurturing environment. I specialize in treating emotional and behavioral disorders including anxiety, depression, trauma, addictions, codependency and relationship issues. I assist clients in understanding/releasing self-defeating patterns and the self-limiting beliefs and behaviors that keep us from living our best lives.
I offer individual and group sessions designed to identify and increase coping strategies to manage the stress and anxiety that are so prevalent in our world today. Targeted sessions are tailored to assist clients in changing the habits around food, alcohol, nicotine and other numbing agents that have become problematic to health and well-being.
I am the founder of Free to Be Wellness Solutions, providing holistic counseling, age regression hypnotherapy, and a variety of groups and classes including meditation, bibliopoetry therapy, and other modalities designed to promote the freedom to be your most authentic self.
