My general practice entails assisting clients with myriad concerns rather than a particular issue. However, I have particular experience with anxiety, panic attacks, agoraphobia, social anxiety, OCD, life transitions of all types, individuation/separation challenges between emerging adults and parents, and new parenting challenges.
I am a Registered Nurse as well as a psychotherapist. Thus, medical issues that impact emotional well-being can be easily integrated into the work that we do. I view the goal of physical well-being as equally important as emotional well-being.
