I utilize a client-centered and trauma-informed framework to encourage growth and self-acceptance. I am passionate about conscious parenting, neurodivergence, and women's issues. I work with adults, ADHD, Autism, and the LGBTQAI+ community. Creating and sustaining connection, radical self-acceptance, and mindfulness will be key in our work together.

Groups
Neurodivergent Support Group Spring 2026
For Adults 21+ who identify as Autistic and/or ADHD. Weekly group to meet new people in a safe therapeutic environment, share your experiences, and hear from others. Group will meet weekly near downtown Gainesville. Group sessions will be lead by interests of the group. Maximum participates 8. January 27 2026- March 31 ,2026 10 week commitment $50 per group session.
