I was an elementary teacher for 7 years before getting my master's degree in marriage and family counseling. I've been in private practice for 14 years as well as being a school counselor. In addition, I've taught Love and Logic parenting classes for the last 13 years. I work with individuals, couples or families and work well with children, too.
My primary approach to counseling is cognitive-behavioral therapy, but my work is also a blend of therapies, including solution focused and behavioral therapy.
