These are particularly challenging times where isolation and separation may compound an already difficult situation. In spite of what’s occurring in our world, hope, encouragement, and honest care can provide the support you may need to overcome whatever challenge you are facing. You may have reached a point where you just don’t know what to do regarding your marriage, your children, other relationships, or you may be struggling with an ongoing cycle of depression or anxiety. You may want change, but it seems that you have not been able to achieve it on your own. You need help.
Traumas, grief, anxiety/depression, and relationships are my specialties. Effective communication and improved self esteem are inherent to my work. Mindfulness and Anger Management techniques are used when appropriate. Although I'm trained in several treatment modalities, treatment plans are not static, but designed according to specific needs.
My clients trust me to be honest, non-judgmental, and an attentive listener. A caring, affirming environment helps clients to feel safe to share and process their challenges. I am a Christian, and bring a faith-based perspective to my practice when appropriate. I will work with you on your journey toward reaching your best self.
