As a certified EMDR therapist, I would love to help you break free from your past in order to live a fuller, more meaningful life in the present. If traumatic memories, depression, or anxiety are keeping you feeling stuck, I can help you find healing. Trauma is stored in the nervous system, and can leave you feeling constantly on edge, or completely checked-out. I incorporate somatic interventions into my work to also help your body work through the trauma that you may not have words for. My office is place where you can safely explore your issues, feeling unconditionally accepted and supported throughout the process.
Building on a solid foundation of somatic EMDR psychotherapy, my goal as a therapist is to treat the whole person- mind, body, and spirit- with integrity and non-judgmental compassion. I want to help you create a quiet, safe space where you can learn to find the wisdom of your true self, and your body's own innate ability to heal.
With my unique approach, I can help you fully process the past that continues to show up in the present. I integrate my life experience as a wife and mother, with my training in somatic EMDR and holistic health to guide you in creating this more balanced, healthy life.
