Vicki is a certified trauma therapist. She assists clients in discovering and maintaining healthy ways to cope during anxiety or panic. Her belief is that the desire and motivation to change fused thoughts are the first step towards healing. By utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, EMDR and Mindfulness techniques, Vicki reports "miracles happen".
Vicki also combines traditional therapy with holistic approaches through an understanding of the ancient philosophy that total health combines mind, body and spirit.
