I offer psychotherapy to children, teens, adults, couples and families using a systemic, eclectic, strength-based approach that is collaborative and respectful. We all grow best in conditions of emotional safety and support. I work with people to find positive and empowering strategies to solve problems.
I work with people to address issues such as anxiety, depression, self esteem, adjustment to transition, loss and trauma. I work with a broad spectrum of family concerns such as parenting, family conflict, stepfamilies, quality of relationships, divorce/separation. I assist children/teens with a range of developmental issues and neurological conditions
