I am an LCPC in Illinois with over two decades of counseling experience, including 14 years focused in higher education. I support adults navigating work-life stress, career pressures, and imposter feelings by offering a warm, understanding space to untangle competing demands, reduce overwhelm, and build confidence in themselves and their choices.
