I have been a social worker for 35 years and while I provide therapy for ALL ages, I specialize in working with high school and college students who are navigating the overwhelming academic and social challenges of school life. I see my clients from a perspective of strength and provide solution focused therapy.
I often utilize creativity and even a sense of fun in the mastering of problems such as depression, anxiety, impulsivity, attentional issues and obsessive disorders. I also have sub-specialities in addiction issues, grief and loss, chronic illness and couples therapy.
