My work will be practical and oriented towards results. It will ultimately increase your self-confidence. I have had great success working with people of all ages on their various fears using CBT.
I specialize in anxiety disorders. I understand that my clients have a variety of fears that can hold them back, both socially and academically. When working with kids/teens, I integrate a family systems approach and work with parents to help them learn the most appropriate response to their anxious child.
I have a special interest in parenting, as parenting any child presents its own unique circumstances. A more peaceful home is something that many parents struggle with, and I can help develop some strategies with you. If you are ready for some change, I am here to help you with the process.
