About
You deserve to get the most out of your life. You deserve joy in living - this joy is really a necessity not a luxury! If you are experiencing grief or loss or issues that make your daily living difficult, I have the experience, expertise and empathy to help. Besides private practice I have had the privilege to work within family and youth service agencies, an inpatient mental health center, and three teaching hospitals.
I believe you are a unique individual who must be treated with dignity, respect and empathic understanding. Your strengths need to be identified and utilized to solve problems and to achieve goals in both therapy and in daily life.
My services for you are based on a holistic approach that focuses on developing mind, body, spirit balance to create harmony within you and your world.
