I get it, being a parent brings many unique challenges and I am here to help you navigate them. I am committed to walking alongside you on your parenting journey to help you achieve the best possible outcome for you and your child. In therapy with me you can expect practical guidance to build coping skills. Our work together will help you build skills to write the story you want for your children, family, and community. I provide a safe space for you to say the scary things out loud.
I specialize in working with parents, pregnancy, and trauma. I primarily utilize EMDR, attachment therapy and Somatic Therapy. I help you uncover the ways that you relate to the world and your child based on your prior relationship experiences. Uncovering your attachment patterns allows you to be the best self you can be for yourself and your child.
My lived experience, background working with families, and crisis intervention skills make me uniquely suited to provide this support. We have the gift of being able to shape the next generation and power to make generational change. You don’t have to experience this alone. You want to do and be well, you have the best intentions.
