I work with people of color and GLBTQ individuals seeking support with ethnic/racial identity, racial trauma, sexual or physical trauma, and chemical health. Racism, oppression, gender, sexuality, aging, class, and poverty all impact mental health and can create limiting beliefs about who we are.
Drawing on your own inner wisdom, I provide a safe, culturally affirming space where the focus is on emotional healing, dignity, and finding peace in your life. My practice is rooted in Liberation Psychology and deep respect for the cultural dignity and strength of each person.
