Now accepting new clients! You deserve a therapeutic space that feels sincere and heartfelt—one where you feel supported in the ways you hoped for. Finding the right therapist is such an important part of the process. A little bit about me: I primarily work with young adults who need support with emotional regulation, perfectionism, relationship difficulties, self-esteem issues, anxiety, self-harm, life transitions, and trauma. I am trained in trauma-informed techniques and enjoy Parts/IFS work to help create healthier ways of being and relating. In our relationship, I prioritize honesty, curiosity, playfulness, and comfort.
Getting to know you and learning your unique needs is important to me. Our sessions will be tailored to fit your pace and preferences. We can always adjust as we go. If you're looking for a therapist who will lovingly challenge you and encourage emotional expression, we may be a great fit.
Therapy with me is collaborative, and I take your feedback seriously. While I offer guidance, you always have the ultimate say in where our sessions go. I’m fully in it with you—engaged, invested, and willing to be real and direct when it matters most. If that resonates, I’d love to connect and be here for you.
