I earned my bachelor’s degree from the University of North Texas, with a focus on working with individuals with special needs, and my master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Midwestern State University. I’ve worked with adults, adolescents, and children, and I truly believe that feeling safe, supported, and understood is the foundation of meaningful counseling. I’m EMDR trained and I help people work through trauma and difficult life experiences using Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), a powerful, evidence-based therapy that supports healing in a gentle and effective way. I am client-centered and offer talk therapy as well as EMDR, CBT, and DBT.
