Reaching out for help can be the hardest thing to do in moments of hopelessness, distress, and uncertainty. I have worked with adolescents and adults from many different walks of life in various clinical settings and have also provided crisis support to individuals.
My goal is to help you access your innate ability to heal, grow personally, and help you appreciate your strengths by focusing on a holistic and comprehensive client-centered approach.
I draw on a wide range of theoretical orientations and treatment modalities to best meet the needs of each individual client. Some of the primary clinical orientations I use are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person Centered, and Solution Focused Therapy.
