Your life experiences are powerful and, at times, they can also be painful. We will work together to better understand how past experiences may be impacting the present, how current stressors might be affecting you, and what might be helpful for a brighter future. As a Clinical Psychologist, I specialize in working with clients of all ages experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and other mental health difficulties. I also work with people experiencing life transitions, relationship difficulties, parenting stress, chronic health conditions, and individuals wanting to achieve a healthier lifestyle.
I approach therapy in an integrative and collaborative manner, which allows me to tailor my work to your needs. I incorporate aspects of a variety of therapeutic methods such as cognitive behavioral therapy, relational therapy, and mindfulness, as best suited to achieve desired outcomes.
A positive therapy experience requires a strong therapeutic relationship. In our work together you will experience compassion, genuine empathy, and relatability. You will find that I am transparent and honest, but also warm and kind. I look forward to hearing from you and possibly working together soon.
