Via Family Care is a boutique group practice in Newport News, Virginia, dedicated to helping individuals, couples, and families navigate life's most difficult seasons with clarity, compassion, and evidence-based care. I work best with women who are navigating life's harder seasons... those who are grieving a loss, healing from trauma, or wrestling with questions of identity, worth, and purpose. My clients often describe feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from themselves. Many are carrying pain they've held quietly for a long time. I also have a passion for working with children and adolescents, particularly young people who are struggling to process difficult emotions, family changes, or experiences they don't yet have words for. I also provide broader family therapy and parenting education.
