I have a Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology from the Minnesota School of Professional Psychology, and I completed my post-doctoral fellowship at the University of Massachusetts Amherst. Throughout my career, I’ve had a broad range of experience working in inpatient, community mental health, and college settings. As a therapist, my number one priority is the relationships I’m able to form with my clients. I truly believe that relationships are at the heart of therapy, and that good relationships facilitate meaningful change.
