I am an experienced Licensed Professional Counselor passionate about helping individuals overcome their challenges. For over twenty-five years, I have counseled hundreds of children and individuals with a variety of issues from depression, anxiety, behavior issues and self esteem. I help clients with issues using my vast background and proven knowledge with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Reality Therapy.
