Hello, I'm Ginny Lindgren, and I am dedicated to providing compassionate and effective mental health support. As a therapist, my practice is grounded in evidence-based modalities such as DBT, ACT, and CBT, tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual. My specialization includes addressing a spectrum of mental health challenges, ranging from PTSD, trauma, anxiety, and depression to suicidal risk, dual diagnosis, substance use, and OCD. I work collaboratively with adolescents (12-18), young adults (18-35), adults (35-45), and middle adults (45-65) to foster resilience and promote well-being.

I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker in Rhode Island, Connecticut, and Massachusetts with 20 years of experience helping clients work through personal challenges. I focus on developing and fostering a safe, non-judgmental space in which clients can more comfortably explore their struggles and barriers to self-fulfillment. My approach to therapy is integrative and draws on multiple modalities, thus allowing me to tailor how I work with each client as an individual.

If you have experienced a trauma, I would love to work with you. Helping clients heal from trauma, which includes managing their stress and anxiety, is my area of expertise. Additionally, I’ll work with you to improve your self-esteem, improve your quality of sleep, and strengthen your relationships with others. This is especially true with couples (e.g., positive communication, strengthening bonds, improving sexual health/managing intimacy issues). In addition to individuals who have experienced sexual trauma, I particularly enjoy working with members of the LGBTQIA+ community, children and adolescents, families, and couples.

Sophie Cram is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Rhode Island who has been practicing since 2022. She received her Bachelor of Social Work degree from Rhode Island College in 2021 and her Master of Social Work degree in 2023. Sophie prides herself on her ability to create a safe, non-judgmental space for clients to grow and learn on their mental health journey. Sophie's priority is in establishing a partnership with her clients so they can work together and achieve the client's goals. Sophie likes to meet clients where they are and gives them tools to use regardless of where they are in their process.

I am not your typical therapist, and strive to always create that emotional connection that allows us to work through any issue as a team. Most of my clients have already tried traditional therapy, and haven't been able to engage in one way or the other. Many of my clients haven't felt heard or understood, and it is a goal of mine to make therapy accessible for all. My belief as a therapist is that everyone can benefit- and should benefit from the relationship they have with their therapist. My clients believe in person centered care- and feedback goes both ways. I provide a trauma informed environment where the client gets to lead.

My specialty is "COUPLES." The work I do with couples is not covered by insurance(s). I specialize in using Imago relationship therapy, attachment theory, somatic therapy & neuroscience. The issues that concern couples are usually styles of communication, infidelity, conflict, racial distress, commitment & navigating differences. I work with couples on a "short-term" private intensive basis beginning with a 2-hr assessment that gives you hope and insight into areas of strength and growth. Lucas Leslie is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Rhode Island who has been practicing since 2020. He has earned a Masters of Science Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Lucas helps clients through working together to gently explore current patterns of thinking/acting, how these may have helped in the past, and how to live a life more fully aligned with their values and goals. With him, you will practice: coping with stress, creating new behavioral routines, identifying harmful thought patterns, and increasing emotional awareness.
