I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with a variety of therapeutic experiences. I work with teens 14+ and adults who have experienced military life stressors, anxiety, depression, trauma, self-esteem issues, women's issues, and family relationship conflict. I incorporate Mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Acceptance Commitment Theory (ACT) in my practice. Life experiences, continual change, and transitions can majorly affect one’s mental health. I believe in creating a non-judgmental space and meeting clients where they are.

My ideal client isn't defined by part of their identity as much as it is their circumstances. I consider a lot of social conditioning when working with my individual clients, especially with men's issues and women's issues. I work with couples who may be discussing separation or who are navigating parenthood and new life stages. My goal is always to help my clients access their vulnerability, which is where our most helpful tools hang out, so they can experience pleasant changes outside of the office.

We all wish we could transition through our life cycles without conflict, struggles, disappointments, and frustrations. Unfortunately, this desire is fantasy, as the realities of life show up derailing us and interfering with our personal relationships with our partners, family, and friends. These life challenges can make us feel unwell, not like your ordinary self while negatively effecting our ability to have positive interactions at home with our loved ones or to perform our best at work or school. Overtime, this disruption in our positive energy flow can result in chronic anxiety, sadness, or clinical depression.

Tarynn Meier, Chief Operating Officer of Everlasting Wellness LLC and Therapist, has been an active member in good standing with the American Counseling Association since 2010. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor, National Certified Counselor, Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (Level 2), and Certified Dialectical Behavior Therapy provider. Additionally, she has intensive training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Contingency Management, Motivational Interviewing, and treatment of Mental Health issues inclusive of process (aka behavioral) addictions.
