Groups
Juniper Young Adult Therapy Group
This is a co-ed in-person only group for young adults (ages 20-26). The group is based on an Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) model, a research-backed and evidence-based model for effective change and living with intention. The group will be held weekly on Wednesday evenings and will be co-facilitated by two counselors. Group therapy is a unique opportunity to leverage the strength of relationships to learn and grow, perfect for navigating the complex challenges of young adulthood.
