I have worked with all racial/ethnic groups, including American Natives, lifelong residents of a busy East coast metropolis and others who live in the rural Southwest, teens through the elderly. I have extensive experience diagnosing and treating individuals with ADHD, addictions, and Autism. I have gained the trust of many active duty military and veterans, as well as first responders. I am not easily scared off by extensive trauma and my toolbox includes EMDR, EFT/Tapping, CBT and Mindfulness Techniques.

I use evidence based approaches for couples who wish to resolve or manage conflicts in their relationships. The therapy aims to increase feelings of friendship, affection, respect, and intimacy. I provide a safe, supportive environment where new communication skills and enhanced feelings of mutual support are experienced.

I work with individuals and couples. My practice focuses on supporting new Mom’s and parents. When working with couples, I use The Gottman Method and I have been trained in Level 1 and Level 2. I’ve also had training in EFT and grief/loss. Since I also work with many new Moms and Dads, I am also perinatal trained through PSI and I have also received advanced trainings through The Postpartum Stress Center. I also have a special interest in supporting medical professionals in all levels of their career after starting my career in medical social work and I have had the honor of supporting many since entering private practice.
