I work with adults of all ages who are experiencing life changes, anxiety, depression, feelings of burnout and overwhelm, or the stress of daily living. I have experience working with healthcare professionals, college students and supporting caregivers. My goal is to help people develop emotional wellness, improve relationships, and maximize quality of life.
