I have a passion for helping couples and families work through difficulties and help everyone realize their strengths in order to work better together. My specialty is couple's therapy. I have conducted various marriage seminars through the years to help couples better their communication skills and provide tools to help couples turn toward each other and work through difficulties instead of turning away. My hope is that each couple will rediscover the qualities, uniqueness, and values that first caused them to want to spend their lives together.
Great personal growth can be achieved as couples work through areas of disagreements and conflict. I am also a Prepare/Enrich facilitator. This program is a well established, evidenced-based assessment for pre-marriage and married couples which fosters personal growth as issues are disclosed and hopefully resolved.
My work is primarily with people of faith; but not exclusively. I will assess each person's ability to pay and make considerations, if needed.
