For the state of Indiana, I am currently providing individual therapy using cognitive behavioral therapy, cognitive processing therapy, motivational interviewing, strength-based or solution-focused therapy to assist you with ways to learn and work through your challenges. Oftentimes the approaches are mixed to get the desired or needed outcome.
