I love to help families, couples, and individuals as they navigate conflict, communication difficulties, anxiety, and life-transitions. I have personal experience with inter-cultural relationships and military families. I provide neuropsychological assessment and psychotherapy services to people across the lifespan including EMDR, neurofeedback, child-centered play therapy, child-parent relationship training, activity therapy for adolescents, and attachment-based psychotherapy for adults.

As an Army veteran, I have enjoyed serving the military community and people from all walks of life for the past 10 years. I am a mother to 3 adult children, grandmother to the sweetest girl, and the wife of a very gifted husband. As a therapist, I've been challenged in treating people to a standard or healed. Every medical profession, except that of mental health, has a standard to bring a client to, in order to be considered healthy or healed. The Optometrist corrects vision to 20/20, a dentist corrects teeth to be straight or with no cavities, an orthopedic doctor corrects broken bones back in alignment. Her background includes degrees from Colorado Christian University and Newman University (Colorado). She is a military veteran with experience in the medical field, child abuse, individual & family therapy, children with special needs and school social work. She is currently a mental health provider for students with special needs on IEP’s.

Eric Hollen (LCSW) I am committed to developing a therapeutic relationship that helps each client unlock their individual potential and recover from past trauma(s). As a lifelong learner, I continuously work towards self-improvement and refine my therapeutic approach to provide each client with the most effective and enriching therapeutic experience possible, and ultimately elevate the client's overall quality of life. My skill set stems from eight years of experience working with combat veterans. I address the client's clinical needs through application of EMDR, ACT, CBT, and CPT.

I maintain a full caseload at the Denver Vet Center (a subdivision of the VA) where I focus on combat related PTSD and military sexual trauma. I see individuals and couples. In my private practice, I specialize in personality disorders, particularly borderline personality disorder. I have a master's degree from Denver Seminary in clinical mental health counseling, where I also earned a certificate in theology. My undergrad degree is in philosophy. My unique background as a Mexican American Army veteran schooled in philosophy, theology, and psychology, sets me apart as a therapist.
