I assist adults with bipolar, borderline personality disorder, and a history of trauma and other challenges who want to move past whatever is stopping them from having the quality of life they deserve. I have training and experience using Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), an effective treatment for trauma and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), but I tailor therapy to meet the needs of the individual.
I have more than 9 years of experience. I have experience treating adults with a history of childhood sexual abuse, individuals with bipolar disorder, deprerssion, anxiety, client's in a 28-day substance abuse program, and homeless Veterans with dual diagnosis.
